Service Description

Teri offers a distinctive movement experience that weaves Pilates and Somatics into a creative, intelligent practice designed to release stress, tension, and stored trauma while building structural alignment and strength from the inside out. With decades of movement education and an intuitive, nervous-system-informed approach, her classes support deep reconnection, regulation, and lasting change. At Millworks Creative, Teri’s offerings are unlike anything else—thoughtful, embodied, and quietly transformative—inviting you to move differently, feel more at home in your body, and experience what becomes possible when strength and ease exist together. Pre - registration and payment is required. Please show up to each class 10 mins early with a mat, blanket, and water bottle. You will enter from the Hatt Street, main door entrance and join Teri in the cottage space on the 2nd floor.
